I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, while not very large for an executive room, were well-appointed with a balcony overlooking the street, making it very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting Bumrungrad Hospital, but the dining options were disappointing. Service from the concierge and some staff members was notable, though improvements could be made in friendliness in other areas. Basic maintenance is required in some parts of the hotel.
